- Breed/species information and telephone consultation BEFORE getting a pet.
- Breed/species behavior and problem solving.
- Rescue of purebred and mixed breed animals on a space available basis; first
priority is animal cruelty court cases and animal kill facilities.

There is an adoption fee which varies with
each rescue according to expenses.
National Contacts are listed for each breed.
Contact the state or national contact if there is no rescuer listed in
your area for a breed. National breed clubs and their rescuers are also on
the American Kennel Club (AKC) website: http://www.akc.org
